2010
It's wonderful but it's just really expensive and they add a ton of additional fees you may not totally be experiencing.

Great place to live
It’s a great place to live! Response time from leasing office can be hit or miss, and the application process can be long and drawn out. Especially if you don’t have any credit, but I was able to make it work

Great place!
Super convenient, makes it easy to walk to and from campus. Good security and great amenities. Ample parking spaces should you need it.

Very convenient as it's very close to campus
Convenient as it's close to campus. Facilities are amazing and the staff is helpful as well. It's on the higher side of price but I believe it's worth the money based on the service, facility and convenience

2010 West End Avenue- very solid
Great so far. 3 months free for moving in. WiFi and AC work great. Gym is really solid. Outdoor green spaces is very solid- probably the best I’ve seen for affordable apartment complexes. Nice pool and hot tub. Management is responsive. Feels very safe. Parking costs some money but that’s the way it is. Also has great views on 26th floor facing west.

Do not live here
Several things in my apartment were installed incorrectly impacting the air quality in my unit, there is not enough elevators for how big the complex is and they break all the time. Foul smells are also a regular occurrence. They also don’t let you in your apartment if you get locked out even though the locks are digital and are programmed to lock automatically.
