Expensive but great location

The Morris is awesome. It's a bit pricier but it's only a 15 minute walk to the medical school, has a rooftop pool, rooftop lounge, comprehensive gym on the 19th floor, excellent views, floor to ceiling windows, and an upscale feel.

Such an awesome complex. Amenities are a 10/10, location is phenomenal, really good group of us living here. It's super safe (concierge desk staffed at all time, need key to access literally everything), and so well-kept. Only drawback truthfully is price, but its honestly not much more expensive than any other apt in the area.

I absolutely love this apartment. It has a nice rooftop pool and gym and the apartment itself is very nice. It’s a great location, only 10 minute walk from my classes, and the staff are amazing. They are super helpful and kind and the apartment always feels very safe.

Love living at The Morris. Friendly neighbors, great location, updated appliances, good apartment layout. Meets all my needs. No complaints.

Great building, walkable to school

The Morris is an amazing place to live near campus. It is about a 15 minute walk to class in a very safe area. It is right across the street from Division, so it has easy access to nightlife and restaurants. It can be loud when there are concerts on Division, but this it only an issue about once a week during the summer months. The Morris has 24/7 security, so it is an extremely safe place to live. Also very pet friendly!

The Morris is wonderful. The building is super secure, very well maintained, and the concierges are lovely. They regularly make improvements and respond quickly to any service requests. The only downside is that virtually no utilities are included (not even water) so it can get expensive. The walk to the medical school is short and easy, which is very convenient!

Super close to campus, great amenities (pool and gym are awesome), with a lounge and study rooms as well. A new management company took over in the last ~year who definitely isn't as good as the original company, but not terrible. Parking is included in rent for one car, each additional car is $100/month.
