Hampton Farms

I love the location and the place is newly renovated. The pool is nice and there’s a nice lounge and Gym.

Great location, walking distance to school, great amenities, both student- and family-friendly, a little pricey

Hampton Farms has a fantastic location. Many medical students live in the complex or very close by. The location allows for me to walk to school rather than spend moneys for parking.

Maintenance is easy to work with. Neighborhood is usually pretty quiet and peaceful. Lots of construction work recently, but by next summer move in, everything will be brand new and beautiful!

It’s really close to campus and the apartments are really big. However, they are on the pricier side.

I'm now a 4th year medical student and I've lived at Hampton Farms since I started medical school in Fall 2020. The rent is high, that's my only complaint. I love being able to easily walk to Albright (UKCOM location on NKU campus) so that's worth it to me. My husband and I can jog over to the NKU gym and back whenever we want and I can walk over for events and don't need to buy a parking pass. The management and maintenance crew at Hampton Farms are so amazing - they are always so kind and do their best to help us out with anything we need as soon as possible. They also do lots of fun events like pool parties, spooky balcony/patio decorating contest, etc.

I live in a renovated unit and I have loved it! The kitchen appliances are new and work well! The rooms are a nice size and the living room has hard wood floors. The management has been kind! Overall my experience has been good!

The staff at Hampton Farms are always incredibly easy to work with. The are is overall pretty quiet, and the surrounding areas are well-kept. We do live in a renovated apartment, so I would recommend going renovated vs. unrenovated. Close to school and close to Kroger and restaurants.

The maintenance here is outstanding! Any issue I have had they were immediately available to fix, including an emergent leak. I chose an apartment that was not renovated to save some money and I have heard that I may be asked to move out this summer so they can update it.. so looking back I may have chosen an already updated one if that is the case. Besides that I really like it here and have had zero issues. The walls are not thin either so I never hear my neighbors next door or upstairs which has been an issue for me in past places. Definitely quiet enough to study at home.

I have enjoyed my time at Hampton Farms. You cannot beat the close proximity the campus. It is a nice environment that feels safe and the grounds are well kept (grass, pools area, and shared areas).
