I have a 1bed/bath with a den. The den is a study room for me which is super nice to keep studying contained.
Maintenance is super responsive!
The pools and gym are wonderful!

Love it here
The rent is high but it appears to be pretty standard for apartments this close to NKU campus. I am happy to pay more to live closer - I really enjoy having the option to easily walk to and from campus whenever I want (~0.75mile to Albright). Our maintenance crew is great - if I have any problems I just submit a maintenance request and they usually get it fixed within a few hours. Electricity and internet are not included in the rent so it might be difficult to do as one person but it works really nicely for me living with my fiance. I cover the rent, he covers electric, internet, groceries, etc. I have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, + den floorplan on the 3rd floor. Almost all my floors are carpet which my cat really enjoys. I have a balcony off the living room and there is plenty of room to grow a small garden. There are two pools and a small gym that community members get access to anytime and there are also various events and fundraisers every now and then. We really like it here and the staff has been super friendly.

Good place to live!
My family enjoyed our time here, probably because it was within walking distance to the NKU campus and because maintenance was SO responsive. The pools were great too!
Some cons: management wasn't super clear with communications regarding monthly rent, so sometimes we would get a paper in our door saying, "hey we've tried to reach you for 30 days but we haven't heard anything so we're going to evict you soon if you don't give us money," which would be poorly received because we definitely DIDN'T get anything from them.
Another con: the apartment complex doesn't do many social activities, so don't anticipate making a lot of friends here unless you go out of your way!

Overall, great apartment.
This apartment complex is good for being within walking distance to UKCOM-NKY campus, Kroger, and some nearby restaurants. A little dated in some units but others are being renovated. Overall, great experience. There are two pools, and gym and laundry in the club house. There is also washer dryer hookup in the apartments, too.

Hampton Farms Review
Although my apartment is outdated, the area is extremely safe. My main factor in choosing an apartment, since I am unfamiliar with the area, was safety. The complex contains mostly college students and has a great environment. Additionally, management has always been quick to help with any maintenance request and has helped me out whenever I need anything.
One negative thing is that the drive to UC college of law in the morning can be long. The traffic has not been horrible for me but I made sure to leave at least an hour before class(usually got there with 30-35 minutes to spare).

Excellent!
The apartment is in a very safe location, and that was a priority to me. It has been a little noisy at times and there seems to be a lot of undergraduate students, but it never got too bad.
