Arbor Creek
I cannot recommend this location enough. I actually found it thru a Google review of another complex and decided to move there w/o touring it first. They were running a special that reduced my rent for the 2/2.5 townhouse for living alone. Washer/dryer and dishwasher are included in-unit, and the half bath is so nice so friends don't have to go into your room to use the bathroom.
The complex is mostly grad students or younger families & everyone keeps to themselves. The mgmt is amazing and took care of every issue I had same-day (broken a/c, broken doorknob). I also decided to move out 2 weeks before my renewal and they were super helpful in making that happen and it only cost me one month's rent. You mostly take care of everything yourself and they're very hands-off. It isn't a gated community, so I took off some security for that. I never felt unsafe in the 2 years I lived there.
There is a small pool that I forgot to use and many people have dogs/cats. It's close to 3 grocery stores and various restaurants and both UGA and ACC buses. It's about a 10 min drive to North Deck w/o traffic, and can run up to 20 with it (boo undergrad class changes).
I had spectrum internet, ACC water, and GA power.
