Nice, small community

Overall it is a spacious, well-kept up standard Athens townhouse. I think the current market rates are a bit high, so I would look at what different management companies are offering in the area, but I do like living here. Parking can get tight since it is close to campus people park there and walk over and management does not do much about it, but other than that it is great.

Northview Apts (Five Points)

My townhome is decent and in a good location, but the management company has been a huge pain to work with. We were without a refrigerator for nearly a month, and the house was dirty and flea-infested when we first moved in. The back deck was also rotting and unsafe to walk on until they finally fixed it months into us living there and asking for the repairs.
Rent is also too high for the size of the house, lack of amenities, and low quality of the management/repairs. We are even going to be moving out of the townhome complex at the end of our lease because they are trying to raise rent even higher to $1650/month. We assume this is to capitalize on the trend of rent increases and the proximity to campus.
Overall this would be a decent student apartment for someone on a budget, but it definitely is not worth the price they are charging us and are trying to charge next year.
