So far, pretty good experience. Extremely close to the law school. Generally pretty quiet. The management company is very responsive, and only good experiences so far. Relatively cheap for a single-person apartment. The space is somewhat small, but not cramped. It is an old building, and the different units are updated to varying degrees of modernity. Also, the floor plan differs slightly from unit to unit. My unit is ground level and kept from getting much sun by another building 3 feet away

Great management company!
Management is very friendly and quick to respond to any issues you may have. The apartment is small, but everything works as it should.
My only gripe is the small kitchen.
Very close to campus!
