It puts the Old in Old Faithful
It’s a dinosaur of a building and the laundry room is in a separate area than my unit, but it got new carpet this summer and the 2 bedroom XL makes for a great 1 bedroom with a sizable office. It’s a 4 minute walk to law school which is PERFECT. I really enjoy living here.

Good price/location
Can't beat the price and location. Less than a 10 min. walk from the law school and close by Kirkwood. The two bedroom apartments are spacious. The building is quite old, so we have occasional maintenance issues. Management company and maintenance are not the nicest.
