Nice location but less amenities than other buildings
It's a good place to live especially for students. It's close to the metro yet still quiet. There is a community lounge and study lounge on the 15th floor along with a small gym. There is one parking spot included with each unit and then parking can be purchased in the garage for $120 a month. Each month they come into the unit for pest control and air filter changes. The building is responsive to maintenance requests. Overall it is a nice place to live.

BVT Living
Living at BVT has been phenomenal, especially for the price (relative to other apartments and condos in Brickell). I really appreciate the location because it's steps away from the metro and very close to places to eat and get coffee (Capital One!). The apartments are spacious with beautiful kitchens, plenty of storage, and a lot of natural light. It's pet friendly and has a lot of amenities available including a gym, two study areas, and terraces. The building is also extremely secure - security guard is downstairs and everyone only has access to their own floor and the amenities floor. Not to mention the views are incredible. The only downside to living here is the parking situation - the garage is available to the public and residents are not assigned spaces. Sometimes you can park on the 2nd floor and other days you're on the 10th floor. That being said, I would definitely live here again and I would strongly recommend it!
