Troubadour Review
Definitely pricy since the 1 bedroom apartments can be a tad small and lacking storage, but it's a safe, clean, cozy building with very nice amenities. The staff is prompt and nice, and the finishing touches in the apartment really elevate it (backsplash, flooring, farmhouse sink, etc.). It's walking distance to the law school and a lot of friends live in the building or close by, so it's nice to have the community. I like that the building is smaller than its's neighboring buildings, so there isn't as much traffic around. The elevators do break down every now and then, but not all at once. My one complaint is that moving in and out is tough since there isn't an elevator large enough for large furniture like couches. The way my specific apartment faces also doesn't let in too much natural light and the neighboring balcony is too close for comfort to my bedroom windows.

Cecks all the boxes, but it's a little pricey
I love everything about my apartment other than the price. almost $3,000 a month is steep! Still, I am happy with my choice.

Troubadour - Expensive but Great Location + Amenities!
I haven't lived here for super long, but I've liked it so far! The amenities (the gym and the pool) are really good and so is the location - I love living in walking distance to the law school. The biggest complaints I have are the thin walls and just noise generally. I live on the same floor as the pool so it can get kind of loud, especially at night on weekends. Usually it's not terrible (as the pool closes at 10pm but sometimes people stay longer), but when it's loud it's really loud. Also the ceilings are thin as well and I can constantly hear my upstairs neighbor - I don't know if they just stomp around or if it's a big problem with the ceilings though.

Fantastic apartment!
I’ve had a great experience at Troubadour. The amenities are amazing, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is quick and easy to work with. Truly couldn’t ask for a better experience.
