Old Apartment, but Low Rent

This is an older building, so that comes with an outdates layout and older appliances. However, the price is lower than you will find in most places and the owner is a super nice older man who will quickly respond to any of your issues. There is laundry on site, but not in each individual apartments. Some apartments also come with a balcony.

Older facility, but great community, location, and price

This apartment is only 3 blocks from campus, in a safe community. The apartment itself is older and not as updated as the more expensive apartment options. The facility owner is very responsive to issues. You can't beat the price and location.

Great price and Location

This is a very old facility, so the general complex and individual apartment looks dated. (Our bathtub is pink for example). The property manager lives on the first floor and is readily available for any questions or issues. The property owner is an older man who is always willing to look at issues or fix problems. We have had no issues with excessive noise or bugs. The apartment only comes with a small wall AC unit that struggles to reach the bedroom in the back and no heating unit. The laundry room is available in the basement, but is not free.
