Great location, price, & property!
Overall, I would recommend renting with IU Real Estate. I’ve had some issues with maintenance requests going unresolved, specifically related to a fire alarm that goes off randomly. They also raise the rent by ~$50 every year that you live there. Other than those two things, I’ve had a great experience living at this house. It’s perfect for two roommates, a couple, or even just one person who would like a second room for an office.

Overall, worth the cost but some downsides.
Location and rent cost are great! IU real estate has also been very responsive and helpful, though we’ve had limited interactions with them. The house is drafty, so heating and cooling gets a little expensive. Additionally, there aren’t any closets or a pantry aside from those in the bedrooms, so storage is limited. We’ve had to buy storage solutions as a result. The biggest downfall is that 2nd and Lincoln is a very busy intersection, so we hear a ton of road noise at all hours.
