I love this apartment, but it’s pricey
This apartment was more than I was looking to pay (I was hoping to be closer to $1,100-1,200) but I love the apartment. It feels super safe, the parking garage is gated and all of the doors to get in are locked. The pool and gym are also very nice.

good overall
Your experience is pretty dependent on your neighbors. Most people don’t have issues besides little things like sometimes the elevator takes too long. It is a non-smoking building, but, of course, not everyone follows that. So, if the neighbor next to your bedroom smokes, it won’t be the most comfortable situation. You can report this issue but it can take awhile for anything to actually change. The location is great and garage parking is nice…just try not to park in one of the middle spots with the curb further out than the other two because that will increase the likelihood that your car gets hit.
