Great building, no complaints
I've had a great experience at Quill. I have been here for all of law school and just signed an 18 month lease to take me through the end of law school. There is a pool, a gym, and parking is just a one-time payment of $25 for an RFID sticker to open the gate. Maintenance staff and leasing staff are courteous and responsive to requests.

Luxury apartment with great management
Beautiful, brand new apartments. Management is very responsive. The property is generally clean and well managed.
