Beautiful Building - Poor Up-Keep

The Jane is a beautiful complex, or at least it was/could be. The management has allowed the dogs and juvenile residents to overtake the building and turn it into a inconsiderate and at times unsanitary residence. I am a pet owner, and am appreciative to be able to find a place so close to the belt line but many residents to not pick up after their dogs - outside and inside the building.I think the managment is in the process of putting in a stronger initiative to clean the complex up, but at the moment it is chaos.

The Jane

I have truly enjoyed living at The Jane. The location is perfect for me for social and professional reasons. I feel very safe here and have had nothing but wonderful interactions with our management team. Being close to the Beltline is also so great!

We love it!

The Jane is great. My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a year and really love it. The Jane is part of a great community and management strives to make you happy 24/7. It is right on the belt line. In terms of apartments, hardwood floors throughout (excluding bedroom), stainless steel appliances. Only con is the lack of storage. The smallest 1 BR floor plan is SMALL. We tried to make this space work but with 2 people and 1 small dog we eventually had to upsized. The gym is great and the community rooms are pretty large. I personally don't love the enclosed pool but hey, its a pool and it works! Also we love the location! Great access to all the neighborhoods. :)

Great Place

New Management has done a great job. At first things were a little rough but since then the community has started to really thrive.

Getting around Buckhead

Buckhead Reviews

The area is very upscale. New Buckhead Atlanta deveolopmwnt with great restaurants and high end shops. Lots of renovation happening in the already great area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and music venues within walking distance.
Love being so close to so many great restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and general green space. Only thing I don't love about Peachtree Hills is how expensive it is for the most part.
Good area, with plenty of grocery store options. Walkable during the day.
The neighborhood is really quiet but yet kid friendly. The area is safe and is not far from grocery stores. I cannot point out any cons because there isn't any.
West Midtown is a busy, up-and-coming part of Atlanta with elaborate restaurants, attractions and bars. Not to mention the convenient location! Amazing!
The neighborhood is close to lots of things. I like living close to Marta, which is convenient to my work. The con to that is that I live right next to the train, which causes some noise. I like living near Lenox Mall and Phipps Mall (the movie theater there is great!). Living near Brookhaven is also great. I love being so close to great restaurants.
It is very quiet because it is far away from Peachtree and all the other big streets. There is a little park right next to the square where you can go outside and which makes it even more quieter. It is also safe thanks to the security and the gates.
This is a very central location, just next to Peachtree Street. Shopping like Publix and Fresh Market are not too far away, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it is still very quiet down at Bryson Square.
