Belmont House
Amenities at Belmont House include a year-round heated pool, year-round hot tub, two sand volleyball courts, clubhouse with game room, movie theater, conference center, Starbucks coffee machines, tanning bed, spa, and a 24/7 gym. The apartment is indoor-style with main entrances and subsequent entrances to units within the greater building. At times, management is unresponsive or makes unfortunate managing decisions, but the general environment is very relaxed and feels luxurious. Residents are very kind and it is very easy to make friends. Not the most quiet apartment, especially in the summer, but one of the best places I have ever lived.

Great place to live - easy drive to campus
Very clean, modern appliances, responsive management - will send a maintenance worker if needed within 24 hours. Pool, hot tub, gym, community activities. Lots of people have roommates - units are big enough to share.
