Great apartment with a few minor issues

I think this apartment is great I do have to say that my packages have gotten stolen a few times and my upstairs neighbors are continuously making loud noises. Also Amazon tries to say they can’t get into the building which is a big inconvenience sometimes.

Basic Amenties and Perfectly Updated

The building is very quiet with friendly residents. The rent is high for so little amenities but the buidling is updated and maintained well. I wish the building was more secure by way of having a code or key card to use the elevator. There is a call box in the front and you have to use a code to enter through the garage. There aren't cameras outside of the main common areas which is bittersweet.

9 E Mount Royal building

I have had a great experience here. The building is very clean, mostly quiet, there is a lot of windows and natural light in most apartments. There is also a Minnie gym, and you can pay monthly to park your car in the building. There are restaurants near by and as a student UB is very close so its an easy walk to school.
