Benchmark apartment review
I genuinely like living at the Benchmark! The apartments are nice and the other residents are mostly quiet and all have been nice.
The staff in the office have all been very nice and helpful every time I have interacted with them. They recently changed maintenance companies, and sometimes it takes a little longer to complete maintenance requests than it did before. But, the maintenance staff are all very nice.
As for amenities, the pool is small, but there has never been more than one or two people there when I’ve gone. So, the size isn’t too bad. The small cardio gym that they have is very tiny and has only one or two cardio machines, which could be better.
Overall, I like this apartment complex as well as the location. The drive to campus is easy (about 12-15 min depending on traffic) and there are a lot of great food options around!
