Finley Forest

Depending on the building and management company, your results may vary as some apartments may have been updated more recently than others. My management company (Belk Realty) has been fantastic in response to any problems. Great area to have a dog with plenty of easily accessible walking areas.

Commute to business school is about 15 minutes, but can be less especially if the route past the golf course is taken.

I am not home much but I wanted a space that I could have pets and people to visit (hence the second bedroom). The place was built awhile ago and generally feels like it - these condos arent known for their high-end finishes and such, but they feel home-y enough! If you're on the first floor you will be able to hear your neighbors overhead.

I have 2BR 2BA and a full deck.

Nice quiet neighborhood close to the business school. Plenty of space for a dog to run and play. No crazy rate hike when we renewed for the 2nd year.

I rent from a landlord who own the condo unit. It's not extremely up to date, but it's safe, quiet, across the street from Alta where a lot of classmates live, and most importantly affordable.

The place is spacious, but Finley forest is little isolated. If you dont have car, you are on mercy of bus and uber! Really difficult for Friday nights partying.

Very quite and sometimes get very boring! Only + point I have is that it has a working fireplace!
