James & Harrison Court

This apartment complex is great if you prefer not to commute and want to walk down to school (which is less than a block!) The apartment complex is clean, managed well, and quiet. There is a private gym which also adds to the convenience. Additionally, there is a concierge that is on the premise 24/7 which manages your packages and food deliveries. The doors are double-locked and require a key fob. The price is more on the higher end and may not be feasible for all individuals. The amenities and location make this location a great place live for future students.

James court great for BU medical/dental student

I like my apartment! We converted the living room into a bedroom, so there are 3 of us living in a 2 bedroom apartment. This is very common for this apartment complex and helps tremendously with rent. The building is nice and well kept. It is unfortunate that there is no in-unit laundry.

Nice apartments, close to campus, a bit expensive

James and Harrison Court is a super convenient apartment for living right across the street from BUMC. The apartments are a bit expensive, but they are clean and well run.
