Fine

The place is fine. It’s not good. But it’s fine. It’s very loud because of the 24-7 gym across the street and it’s expensive for the FEW amenities and there’s rarely parking so you can’t have guests.

Britton Pl Apartments

Apartment is great size at around 1200 square feet with 2 beds and 2 baths and has W/D and dishwasher as well as Central AC/heat. Each unit is different and some may need renovations but properties are very well maintained and some are privately owned while others are part of condo.
