Great house in Burns Park!
I live in this house in Burns Park with four other law students. We really love the place and feel it's a great bargain for the price. There's no management company so we just get in touch with the landlord and/or his handyman when we have any problems. They are super responsive and helpful. It's about a 15 minute walk from the Law School or the IM gym, and we pay for all utilities outside of rent but they are easy to manage. There is also in unit laundry and free parking for 3 cars. There is no central air and it can be a bit loud at times because it's near undergrad Greek life, but overall we have had a great experience so far.

House near law school is comfortable
The house is pretty big and the landlord usually doesn't come around unless we ask. Is fair with rent and if anything happens in the house is quick to fix or send other people to fix.
