Terrible Management
This apartment looks great on paper - good location but the management is incompetent. The apartment wasn't ready on my move-in date so I was forced to live in a hotel for the first 2 weeks of school and uber to classes. They do not respond to repair requests in a timing manner. The front door to the building didn't work for weeks. They also don't provide notice when someone will be entering/doing work on your apartment.
The building is charging absurd prices for a rinky dink dungeon lobby and no amenities (no gym, pool etc.). There is a comedy club in the basement so people come in and out of the building and could have access to packages and mail. The units are poorly designed with barely any storage, poor paint jobs and cabinets too small for large plates.
