Great location
The building is lovely and modern. The condo complex residents are not students, so it is quiet and very clean. Location is the best part, I am a 15 minute walk from the law school but still near all the best restaurants and shops.
My only complaints are that there are no windows in the master bedroom and the water pressure is not great. This is not the fault of the building, but it is also right next to Liberty Plaza where a large population of homeless in town frequent.
Getting into the law school very late as a married student limited my options, but looking into renting condos from individuals can yield some great properties in town.
