Michigan Rental - Terrible Management Organization
Slow response, if any response, to problems with the house. Multiple code violations in the house. House was not accurately represented in paperwork provided by management company, caused a debacle at move-in.

Apartment is fine, some bedrooms are very small and the kitchen is small for the number of people.

House is pretty nice, landlord is terrible. Would not rent another house from this company.

Happy with the apartment - We renewed!
6 Bed/3 Bath.
Recently Remodeled. Very new furnishings, great amenities.
Management staff is very perceptive of our needs and quick to respond.
They raised the rent substantially from 2018-2019 (the rent I've provided reflects the 2019-2020 rate) but we felt that we could not get a better deal.
