Good Place a walk from campus
I like this apartment because it's a comfortable place to live alone and the management team is responsive to maintenance requests. The downside is that they don't provide any AC service and street parking can be harder to find at certain days and times. There also isn't laundry in the building that my unit has access to but the rental company provides a laundry credit
