it gets the job done

I have a place that meets my needs and is cheaper than most other places in Nashville. However, my stipend still barely covers the cost of housing and I rely on my dad to support my food, car, and phone expenses. The downside of cheaper rent is that the place is older and has no amenities that many of my friends have. I had to accept going into grad school that this would not be the time for living in a trendy apartment with common luxuries, and I definitely had to make sacrifices.
