The location next to Centennial Park is amazing! The apartment is small, but comfortable for us. I wish more amenities were included with the rent.

Expensive

My apartment is very safe which was my main concern when apartment hunting. It is within walking distance to Vanderbilt Campus and Centennial Park. It's a beautiful apartment but not worth the cost. It is extremely expensive to live here and the cost is not reflected in the value of the property.

Love

We love our apartment. The staff and maintenance are quick to respond and very friendly. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and we love our view. Neighbors can be a little noisy occasionally (as in any apartment situation), but mostly it’s been very quiet and peaceful.

Convenient Location

I live on 31st and West End. Commute to school is about 5 mins. Centennial Park is also the backyard of Duet Apartments. I can see the Parthenon from my balcony. Super quiet and safe location with underground parking.

Duet Properties

Duet is overall a good building. The management is kind and the maintenance staff are prompt and thorough. The location to campus is good. It is easily bike-able but that can be difficult in less than ideal weather. One small complaint is that there is not a lot of parking with no reserved spots so getting back late a night can cause a journey looking for parking in either of the three garages.

Getting around Midtown

Midtown Reviews

I am on the border of Midtown and Music Row so it feels very safe here, there is not tons of traffic which is nice when walking around and even driving whenever I get out in my car, and there is plenty to do with a bunch of restaurants and bars. There is even an outdoor concert every Monday at one of the bars across the street, so I can open my windows and just listen to live music when doing homework - I love it!
very fun atmosphere. Central to everything and lots of restaurants and shopping near by and very close to school. about a 5 minute drive
Everything is a short drive away (15 minutes or less). There are grocery stores, restaurants and bars in the areas so you aren’t missing out on the social experience. This is a more residential corner of the midtown area so you don’t hear traffic/ambulance noise even though there are freeways and hospitals nearby. Close to Centennial Park and Percy Warner Trails so if you enjoy the outdoors this is a nice area to be in.
Midtown is great if you want to live close to campus. Vibrant bar/restaurant scene and short walk to campus. Said "yes" to all the additional questions around safety, family/pet friendly, etc. but you also have to realize it's very much a party area. Division is very popular and as a result, you always have to watch your surroundings and be aware at all times.
Midtown is situated just next to Vanderbilt with tons of fun bars and restaurants
Lots of bars and food places, easy to walk around, safe, vibrant.
Restaurants nearby, quiet, close to gym. I really like it.
Very close to campus and plenty things around to do
