Great apartment, mediocre management
The unit I live in is great, and I have no complaints other than poor insulation in the winter, which increases my heating bill. The main drawback is the fact that the property owner manages it herself, and insists on her husband performing all the repairs. This means that most of the repairs are temporary fixes that don't actually solve the problem long-term.

1228 Prospect/Julie Lib & Golden Key Point
My apartment (1228 Prospect, Apt 3) is fairly close to campus and relatively spacious, but I've had a lot of issues with the management company (Golden Key Point).
They're not responsive when dealing with issues with the apartment, are very strange and temperamental, and have lied to me about things (eg told me and the other tenants a sewage leak was due to us flushing menstrual products. We called the company that did the repair and they said it was caused by tree roots growing around our sewage pipes, which she didn't want to pay to fix.)
I'm probably not going to renew because of these issues and wouldn't recommend leasing from Golden Key Point to anyone.
