Great landlord, very responsive, easy going, helpful, kind. Would rent from again. The house has 6 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The bedrooms are all very spacious and seem a steal at $4600 a month for the whole place. Only thing to consider with this house is that it’s on the older side so it is not refurbished or updated. Everything works though.
