Peerless location and convenience
As university housing, the Lawyers Club is superior in every salient aspect except one, which is board. First, in terms of access to the law school, the Lawyers Club is quite obviously the best choice, since it enjoys being within the same campus quadrangle as the law school. You never have to worry about commute, especially during the snow, and that is really important to consider. Second, the living space itself is fantastic. Although it can be noisy outside especially at night, it is most likely even worse anywhere else in Ann Arbor. Personally, I have never felt like any of the outside noise rose to the level of disruption or distraction. Furthermore, I almost never hear noises of any kind from my immediate neighbors. Third, I feel that the rate is very reasonable compared to the prices for year-long apartment leases in Ann Arbor. You also don't have to worry about finding someone to sublet your space during summer while you're not here. Finally, there is access to laundry and mail, as well as all other utilities--and all of this is included in the room price.
Lastly, I would just say that the meal plan is not the best. First, although the dining hall and the quality of the food served there are both great, I think the menu course selections can tend to be repetitive and bland. However, you always have access to the soup + salad bar as well as the vegan section, if ever you are uninterested in the courses being served. Second, you only have two meals a day and the meal plan does not include Saturdays, during which they aren't open at all. In order to eat on Saturdays, you have to either eat somewhere off campus or make sure you buy food in advance. I think this is a bad policy and the Lawyers Club would do well to change it.
Lastly, I'd just say

Lawyer's Club Review
Overall a really convenient living situation

Convenient!
This has to be the most convenient and best value living option for 1Ls! The rooms, while small, have more than enough space for a law student living alone: plenty of shelving storage and under-bed storage space. The proximity to campus is incredibly helpful during the initial transition period: easy access to different study spaces, meals are provided during the week, and you have so many other 1Ls as neighbors! Lastly, if you get a unit with a Quad-view, you will have the best view in Ann Arbor right outside your window.

Lawyer's Club Review
Overall it's pretty solid, although my fridge did not come with a working freezer and the walls are so thin I can hear people flushing their toilets through the walls. I can also hear anyone speaking outside of my room, even with the windows closed.

Can’t beat the convenience; can hardly bear the food
The showers are small but overall the accommodations are nice. The food can be hit or miss. You will find soil and flies in the salad bar and drinks. The rice is never cooked right and the menus are just strange overall. But still, it’s very convenient to not have to put energy towards feeding yourself

Super convenient + easy to meet people
So nice to have a 90 second commute to school and it's so nice to be able to easily make friends in LC! The biggest downside is the meal plan, which can get old. However, the pros far outweigh the cons.

Convenience is Key
I enjoy the convenience of being in the Lawyer's Club. Not having to commute to class in the rain/sleet/snow is great, along with being able to wake up later. Many believe that living in the Lawyer's Club is expensive, and it is. However, with electricity, water, internet and food being included, it does even out and even become comparable to prices around Ann Arbor. However, I would wish for the food in the Dining Hall to be...better. It can range from pretty good to mediocre.

Convenient
The LC is very close to campus and the most convenient place to live by far. It’s also fun to live with your classmates, though very draining especially during finals. It comes with a dining plan but the food is not very good. It’s also horrible if you need food accommodations, as the kitchen chef is very unwilling to compromise to your needs. It is also expensive and the rooms are often tiny. However, management is great!

Beautiful and Convenient
Living in the Lawyers Club eliminates the stress of making meals for oneself as you get two swipes a day (except Saturdays) at the law-student-only dining hall. The exterior of the LC speaks for itself as so beautiful the only downside is the constant plethora of visitors and photography. Keycard entry into the building and separate card with code for room door feels very secure. The interior was nicer than I expected. Not overly spacious, but sufficient for a law student's needs with a full xl bed, desk, bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, and wardrobe. I would (and likely will) live in the LC again.

Lawyer's Club
Convenient location, well-maintained, and safe.
Rather expensive, little parking, and has a limited lease duration.
