Just Right
My one bedroom apartment at 699 Station is just right. It is not overly fancy, but it also has everything one needs to live comfortably.

Good not great apartment
A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment; it has two stories as well as a deck. It is not the most updated apartment and has old carpets but it is nice enough for the inexpensive rent. It has spacious closets and 2 bathrooms. Parking is very cheap as an underground spot costs $135 a month. The building has shared laundry rooms but does not have a gym or many other amenities. Location is on the edge of campus but not a bad walk to some campus buildings or State St.
