Great building.

Briarcliff Normandy is awesome and super close to campus. It's cheap and on the B Route. It's hard to find apartments here because they're all privately owned, but they tend to pop up on NextDoor and Craigslist from time to time. Lots of grad students + middle-aged professionals. Pet friendly. Enormous, beautiful windows.
