Exposed to the Elements
Beware cheap landlords who don't fix obvious problems. My landlord does not clean gutters and so bugs live and grow in the building. Other problems include the lack of a heater, visible water damage from a previously collapsed roof, mold, and a general disregard to repairs. Waited too long to find an apartment but will not make that mistake again. Only real benefit is that it's less than half a mile to the law school.
