Affordable, private home close to campus

We found this place on craigslist. It is a standalone carriage house of a larger home on Ridgewood Dr. It is a 10-minute walk to campus and a 5-minute walk to EUH. Very private, has a large screened-in porch and very friendly neighbors. We've never had any issues, landlord lives in main house and is working with us to re-landscape the backyard. We're getting a fire pit!
