Wouldn't recommend
The walls are not insulated at all. I can hear my neighbors talking, watching TV, walking from room to room, etc.. It's nice that it's gated and updated, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it. I also prefer living outside of downtown so that's a positive and the management is really responsive and kind.
