Relatively middle of the road
The leasing office can be sometimes non communicative which is frustrating. Some neighbors can be loud, but you don’t really have control over that. Otherwise I think it is nice to live here

My car was stolen
Hi! Honestly the property itself is brand new, so the units are very nice. The floors though are paper thin and you can hear everything from the people below you, and will get numerous noise complaints from the people below! The second night living on the property my locked car was stolen from right in-front of my building. The car was found 45 minutes away and absolutely totaled. The front office did nothing to help, claimed it would happen anywhere, and said they had zero cameras. Very frustrating situation for someone who hadn’t even unpacked their bags yet! The lady we spoke too didn’t even communicate the issue with the rest of their staff, after saying online they took the issue very seriously. The drive itself to campus is only 15 minutes, but coming to an 8am and leaving at 5pm it will be around 30-40 minutes with rush out. The unit itself is huge and the amenities are nice, but I will be moving next year!
