It does the trick
Maintenance is very responsive, amenities are kept clean and nice, gate isn’t always working so sometimes remained open. Due to this I had issues with theft… my car was stolen. But if the gate is closed I don’t have issues so if I see it open I submit a request right away and it’s fixed within a few days. Super close to freeway for getting to school and walking distance to restaurants and shopping which is great. I did have an ant problem when I first moved in but they sent an exterminator almost immediately 3 separate times and now I don’t have issues with that.
