Poor construction quality
Very thin walls and floors. Will hear conversations from neighbors and footsteps through walls. Garage doors very loud and can be under bedrooms

Nice place
The property is very nice and safe. Maintenance is always quick about fixing problems and we’ve never had issues with pests. My only complaint is the added fees. There is a 350$ amenity fee yearly for the pool, tennis courts, fire pit and gym. Unfortunately access to these amenities is usually limited. For example, the club house closes at 5pm most days and the fire pit has never been functioning since I moved in so a high amenity fee seems unreasonable. They also force you to utilize a $25 a month valet trash service that rarely shows up. Water and sewage are also separate and range about 30-40 each per month which seems excessive.

Quiet and Great for Pets
The apartment is great! It's quiet, spacious, and great for pets. The only downside is having to drive or walk your trash to the trash bins located in the back of the property. We have been doing this for the past year without any issues but at times can get annoying.
