Very Good
I was worried about renting this apartment before I came to LA because the reviews on Google were not good. However, I am really satisfied with living in this apt. It is totally different from what such reviews said. The owner is very nice and helpful when some accident (like leakage) happens. It is also convenient to go to UCLA as there is a bus stop close to our apt. I think our choice to live here is the best choice.

Everything is great: distance, transportation accessibility, neighborhood, decoration, water supply, pet friendly. One shortcoming is that the manager is not very friendly and supportive tho.

1350 midvale is great
But please select higher floors or the noise would be terrible. But since the manager also lives here, you can always try to attach him to resolve some problems.
