Very solid option away from the heart of Rittenhouse!
Westminster is a great place to live! Laura (the live-in property manager) is sweet and responsive. There are three full-time maintenance guys who bring your packages up to your apartment door as a courtesy and can respond to maintenance issues same-day. It's a bit tucked away from the hustle and bustle of center city, on a quiet-ish, mainly residential street. The apartments are on the modern side and clean. The ground floor is currently undergoing a huge renovation--we'll be getting a gym soon.
