Great option in Clifton with some drawbacks

Old building but safe, clean, and comfortable. Relatively close to campus, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Landlord is attentive and helpful. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Down sides include no dishwasher, no designated parking, and coin operated laundry. Overall, a comfortable place to live alone.
