Brewer's Yard

Apartment is nice - they're currently renovating all units. However, management office seems a bit jointed and there is not much communication. Building's exterior doors are supposed to be locked and require key fob access, but the door locking system rarely works. Doesn't cause too many issues, but is potential for concern.
