Fun location
Coventry is an amazing place to live. Lots of food, culture, and young people. 1 mile from campus. Buses and student shuttles go by regularly, so you don’t really have to drive to campus. Bad air conditioning, hot in summer and winter. Mice.

Large 2 person apartment off of coventry
The person living in the apartment previously did not leave it in a good state, and so there were a lot of repairs to be made. Luckily the realty company has been good about paying for everything so far, but they sometimes are very slow to fix things and I have to call them multiple times. There were several problems initially, including leaks, cabinets that would not close, etc. Now that the problems are fixed, the apartment is actually nice. It is over 1400 square feet, which is a lot of space for 2 people who do not even spend that much time in the apartment. It is a 2 second walk from the good part of Coventry Road, which has a bunch of shops and restaurants and even a few bars. Location-wise it is excellent; the things that bring down the review are due to the poor management.
