Nice luxury building

Very close to the medical school and Howard’s main campus. About a 7 minute walk to Howard U. Hospital. The rent is very high though, but I pay for the convenience of not having to need a car or commute to campus daily.

Average Building

The building is an average building, definitely not worth the price. The only reason I am able to justify the price is because of its proximity to campus. There are a lot of undergraduate students in the building so the leasing office often implements new policies relating to them which makes it feel as if I am still living in a dorm room often. The parking garage entrance is located on a busy alley next to a concert space so it is often overly complicated getting into the parking garage. I will say that you do not hear any noise from next door

Average Building

The building is average at best. I believe the biggest selling point for me was the proximity to Howard. Other than that you can definitely find better options further out. With it being so close to Howards campus you will find that there are a lot of undergraduate students who stay there which can sometimes lead to the study areas often being quite noisy. The building is safe on the inside, but not so much once you are outside of the building. The building has amazing views and amazing amenities.

Can't beat the proximity to campus, however it is expensive. Electricity, utilities, & internet are not included in rent price.
