Great!
Great place to live! Cheap but really nice apartment. Safe, but far from campus.

Definitely recommend!
Definitely enjoy living at Palisade's. It is a very nice apartment complex and management is always very responsive and helpful when needed! Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner, and they keep up with the property well. It's no more than 15 minutes from LUCOM but is not a bad commute at all. Walls are somewhat thin, but that is a commonality with most apartments and really not a huge deal because most tenants are quiet and respectful.

Nice place! It is very quiet and in a secluded location, which is not very busy.

Apartment Review
I loved the property, but it is a little far from campus which means I have to plan to leave earlier than a lot of my other classmates. Furthermore, I do think it is a little expensive for one person alone. However, the property itself is great.

Review of apartment in building 1342
There are some small details that are a little sloppy in the apartment but overall, we like the design and the amount of cabinets and storage is amazing—we have a walk in pantry and a laundry room. It is a quiet neighborhood and even though the walls are thin we still don't hear much noise. We also like the security aspect of needing a key fob to get into the building. The lack of a trash dumpster near this building is annoying as there is supposed to be one but the apartment switched management in the last two years and there are some ongoing legal battles regarding permits.

Great Place to live
The Living Experience is great, the rent was much lower when I moved in and the complex was new and was managed by a different company, so my rent is low in comparison with people moving into the property now. It is pet friendly and quiet. It is made much more affordable to me by having roommates.

Nice, but not well managed
The apartments are nice if you’re looking for something that isn’t falling apart and is clean with good neighbors. But the maintenance is awful. It took 2.5 weeks to fix an a/c unit in the middle of July. Temp inside reached 87 degrees. Management wouldn’t offer a pro rata refund for the month, despite labeling a broken a/c unit as an emergency in the contract and failing to treat it as such. The location is great in relation to LU and grocery stores/gas stations.
