The Gables of Spring Creek

I have had a great experience with the Gables of Spring Creek. My wife and I just renewed our lease for a third year.

Overall pretty nice place. Campus is about a 20 minute drive with minimal traffic. 2 minutes drive from Neighborhood Walmart and Kinship Coffee. Close to Wyndhurst and cornerstone. Management is okay. They’re hard to get up with but they’ve gone through a lot of staff changes

I have been living there since 2017. The management was super nice, but since they changed, the new management team is horrible. I don’t care about their tenants. They raise the rent without explanation (like 300 bucks more). They cancelled the discount for people already live there. They took 6 parking spots that were for the tenants and changed them for the management only which were 2 very unkind and unprofessional ladies. You cannot park at the spots day or night, even after business hours. They have never upgrade anything in my place even the floor covering was wearing out. They were emailing me about showing my place to other interest people while I still lived there, and when I called them 2 days before the “showing” time, they said it was a mixed up. And there was no apology or anything. They just try to drive old tenants out and rent the place out to new people with higher price. I would not live there

Would definitely recommend to LUCOM students! It’s about a 10-15 minute drive. Also fun for pet parents! Close to local doggie daycares (I recommend Pet Cabana if you’re looking for one!).

I have had a positive experience with Spring Creek. The management team is always on top of things and notifies us right away when we need important information. The complex has a pool which is open during the summer months. The complex is about a 15 minute drive from Liberty. In the summer there a lot of fruit flies.
