Needs some TLC, but affordable

I moved here from Texas without looking at the place. It was originally 699 a month, which is more what it's worth. There has be an ownership change and they raised the rent, but nothing else changes. It's an old building in need of repairs and a little TLC. BUT the bus goes strait to school and I've made it home for the time being.
