Good but with some cautions
It is a rather old building, and communication with the management team is inconsistent—sometimes they are very responsive, but other times, there is no response at all.
The gym is in terrible condition and should honestly be removed from the amenities offered. Most of the equipment is non-functional and essentially useless.
On a positive note, there are individuals who contribute to maintaining a better environment, such as addressing pest control, electrical issues, Wi-Fi problems, and other concerns. Their efforts are appreciated and help mitigate some of the challenges.

Recommended but with some precautions
The place is generally quiet and somewhat old, providing a comfortable environment for rest. However, there are issues with how the management handles roommate conflicts, particularly regarding rules about not bringing strangers to stay overnight, respecting quiet hours, and maintaining cleanliness. Despite having a written document outlining these rules, there is no effective protocol to ensure compliance. The administrators only address violations with warnings, but they cannot verify whether individuals actually change their behavior, as they are not present on-site 24/7. One potential solution could be to group roommates who are all affiliated with GWU in the same apartment, as this might encourage greater self-control among students, rather than mixing in individuals who aren’t connected to the university.
By the way, the gym of the building is completely useless and broken.
Another one, the rooms do not have locking doors, only sliding doors (I don't understand this decision)

Harrington Housing
Harrington housing is convenient for students short term because the apartment comes fully furnished, and includes the rent includes utilities. However, it is overpriced and the space is very small. There are 4 roommates per one 2-bedroom apt.
