College Manor

Great place to live. It does not have a dishwasher or laundry units; however, it's very affordable and a close walk to campus, as well as bars and restaurants.

College Manor Review

Overall, I have really enjoyed this apartments. I have been able to conveniently walk to class while having the option to enjoy the downtown area of East Lansing without a car. I do miss having a washer/dryer, but I do have the luxury of living alone. The manager of the complex is attentive to my concerns if any arise. The option to decrease my rent but paying quarterly or biannually is a nice perk to have.
